shadow19's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Purple We're all packed and ready to head for Savannah tomorrow morning, and it seems as though I have broken my toe. This afternoon, in the middle of a tornado watch and fierce storm, I rushed to the window to check out the muddy brown river that was coursing down the side of our yard, and WHAMMED right into the superbly reinforced section of our Lands' End duffle. Fred kept yabbering about the mulch washing away as I was reliving the cracking sound that I heard upon contact. Now the toe is a splendid shade of purple. Pre-trip drama. Never fails.
