shadow19's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunday AM We are off to an outdoor party in about an hour, and so, of course, the skies are darkening, though the morning was gorgeous. Sheesh. The dogs were groomed at PetsMart on Thursday, and they are scalped! And actually sort of ugly. I'm shallow...I like the raggy, fluffy look. Right now Boo looks like that critter in "Ice Age" that's always in pursuit of an acorn. Not good. We spent three hours watching the Boilermaker Road Race this morning. Stayed right to the last straggling "runner" (and I use that term loosely). Then I was craving donuts so we picked up a couple. You'd think it would spur me on to run, but I easily fought down that urge. I've got a slew of lanquishing craft projects that need to be kicked into high gear. The floorcloth that I've been working on for three or four summers? That's getting finished this year! After putting our wills together a few weeks ago, it suddenly dawned on me..."Time's awastin'!!!"
